Dr. Tinio is a family medicine physician and hospitalist at Graybill Medical Group's Oceanside office, where he has practiced since 2010. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Binghamton University, State University of New York, and completed his medical education through Far Eastern University Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in Manila, Philippines, with clinical clerkship training at SUNY Downstate and SUNY Upstate Binghamton. He completed his family medicine residency at United Health Services at Wilson Medical Center, a university-affiliated teaching program in Johnson City, New York. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Tinio focuses his practice on sports medicine and wellness, managing both nursing home and outpatient primary care patients across the lifespan. His in-office procedures include joint injections, incision and drainage, excision of lesions, and laceration repair. He is proficient with EPIC EMR. With 18 years in practice, he enjoys working with his patients and helping them with all their medical needs.
