Dr. Gosalia is a full-scope family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group’s Oceanside office. She earned her medical degree (M.B.B.S.) from Terna Medical College in Navi Mumbai, India, and completed her family medicine residency at Mercy Family Medicine Residency in Mason City, Iowa, where she gained extensive experience across outpatient, inpatient, and obstetric care. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Gosalia provides women’s health services, preventive care, and full-scope family practice spanning pediatrics through geriatric care. Her procedural expertise includes joint injections, Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removal, dermatologic procedures such as cryotherapy and skin biopsies, and well-woman exams with Pap smears. With 17 years in practice, she is drawn to family medicine for the privilege of caring for patients through every stage of life, building long-term relationships with families and getting to know her patients beyond their diagnoses.
