Dr. Hirniak is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group’s San Marcos office, where she has practiced since 2012. A Navy veteran, she began her medical career on active duty, serving as a medical officer with the 3d Marine Logistics Group in Okinawa, Japan, before completing her family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Millersville University. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Hirniak focuses her practice on preventive medicine, health screening, and early detection to support better long-term health. Her in-office procedures include skin shave biopsies, Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removal, and Pap smears. With over 20 years in practice, she values the broad clinical scope, diversity, and continuity that family medicine offers, and the long-term relationships she builds with her patients.
