Dr. Dai is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group’s Fallbrook office, where she has practiced since 2012. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biological science from the University of California, Irvine, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a family medicine residency at UC Irvine. Board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Dai cares for patients across every stage of life, with particular interests in women’s health, preventive care, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions, and she incorporates integrative and functional medicine into her approach to overall wellness. She performs skin biopsies, treats common skin conditions, sutures minor wounds, and provides steroid joint injections, in addition to women’s health services including well-woman exams, Pap smears, and Nexplanon insertion. With over 17 years in practice, Dr. Dai values getting to know her patients as people, not just treating an illness, and finds it especially rewarding to build relationships over time, sometimes caring for several generations of the same family.
