Dr. Faeldonea-Seruelo is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group’s Escondido office, where she has practiced since 2008. She earned her medical degree from West Visayas State University College of Medicine in Iloilo City, Philippines, graduating 23rd in her class, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she served as chief resident. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Faeldonea-Seruelo focuses her practice on women’s health and routine geriatric care. Her in-office procedures include well-woman exams with Pap smears, colposcopy, IUD insertion and removal, steroid injections, and treatment of simple skin lesions. With 18 years in practice, she takes pride in family medicine’s purpose of caring for the whole family, finding fulfillment in meeting each member’s medical needs as they age.
