Dr. Macrander is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group, where she has practiced since 2020. Before pursuing medicine, she earned a bachelor's degree in food, nutrition, and health from the University of British Columbia and worked as a registered clinical dietitian in Canada and Bermuda. She went on to complete her medical education at the Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies, with clinical rotations in the United States and Canada, and completed her family medicine residency through the rural track at Central Maine Medical Center and Rumford Hospital in Lewiston, Maine, where she served as chief resident in her third year. A Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Macrander provides full-spectrum outpatient family medicine with particular interest in preventive medicine, women's health, and children's health. Her procedural expertise includes Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removal, colposcopy, cervical biopsy, circumcision, incision and drainage, and skin excisions and biopsies. With 11 years in practice since residency, she values the continuity family medicine provides, building relationships with her patients as she helps guide them toward their own personal best health and getting to know their families across generations.
