Dr. Foraci is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group's El Norte office in Escondido, where she has practiced since 1997. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology, cum laude, from Holy Family College in Philadelphia, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed her internship and family practice residency. Board certified in family practice, Dr. Foraci provides full-scope family medicine for patients of all ages. With 32 years in practice, she enjoys family practice for the opportunity to help people of all ages and finds particular joy in seeing patients she has cared for over many years of her practice.
