Dr. Petersen is a family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group’s Fallbrook office, where he has practiced since 2002. He brings a unique dual background to his practice, having earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic before completing his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. He completed his family practice residency at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, where he served as chief resident. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Petersen draws on his chiropractic training to bring added depth to musculoskeletal care, and his in-office procedures include joint injections and biopsies. With 24 years in practice, he built his career around raising his family, staying actively involved in the community, and serving local residents of all ages.
