Dr. Jacobs is a pediatrician at Graybill Medical Group, where she has practiced since 2001. She earned a bachelor’s degree in physiological science, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her pediatrics residency at UC San Diego Medical Center. Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Jacobs provides general pediatric care. With over 20 years in practice, she has enjoyed caring for children and supporting families as they grow together, building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and their parents that allow her to guide them through each milestone, from infancy through adolescence.
