Stephen Tinio, MD

Dr. Stephen Tinio is a board certified Family Medicine physician in Graybill Medical Group’s Oceanside Office. As a family doctor, he treats family members of all ages and is able to able to assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic health problems. He has vast experience in treating dermatology and orthopedic problems. He speaks fluent Tagalog.

Dr. Tinio earned a bachelor of science degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York (Binghamton, NY) in 1998. He received his medical degree from Far Eastern University, Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (Manila, Philippines) in 2003. He completed a three-year Family Medicine Residency program at Wilson Medical Center in New York in 2008.

Dr. Tinio is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the California Medical Society.
