Weigh to Go! is a special program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through simple lifestyle changes. Designed by medical professionals and taught by certified Nutritionists and Fitness Trainers. Free to Graybill patients and their family members.
DECEMBER 23 and 30 ONLY: Class will be held on Monday night from 6-7:30 p.m. and will focus on exercise.
