NextMD is a safe and secure patient
portal that allows patients to communicate via web/e-mail with our
practice.
You can request appointments, receive statements, medical forms,
lab
results, and referral statuses.

How do I get
enrolled?
Call your physician’s office today (760-291-6701)
and let our staff know you would like to enroll onto NextMD, provide a
valid
email address and receive your own unique NextMD token number. Click on the link below to download a copy of
our enrollment
instructions.
Who is this for?
Any registered Graybill Medical Group
patient with a valid email address and access to a computer with an
internet
connection can be enrolled.
Is it secured?
Your account information and profile
are password-protected. NextMD utilizes a multi-step
authentification
log-in process to protect your personal health information.
Do not disclose your password with anyone, and any personnel employed
by
Graybill will never ask you for your password. Remember
to sign-out of your account and close
your browser window when
you have finished with each session.
